Citizen Footprints's  returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 5 days from the date of the delivery.

The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take adequate measures to maintain its condition. The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reaches our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to Rs 200 deduction and a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request. So help us to serve you better!

  1. Hassle-Free Exchange: We gladly offer product exchanges. However, customers are kindly requested to initiate the return shipment from their end.
  2. Customer-Initiated Returns: To process an exchange, the return parcel must be sent by the customer at their own courier expense.
  3. Return Courier Charges: Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
  4. Simple Process: Just ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service. Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch the exchange item promptly.
  5. Exchange Eligibility: Please ensure the product is unused and in original condition. Exchange will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
  6. Timeframe: The return parcel must be initiated within 3–5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for exchange.
  7. Free credit note refunds which can be redeemed anytime on our website by purchasing any other product anytime.
