Citizen Footprints's  returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 5 days from the date of the delivery.

The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take adequate measures to maintain its condition. The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reaches our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to Rs 200 deduction and a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request. So help us to serve you better!

  3. Return Courier Charges: Courier charges for returning the product will be borne by the customer.
  4. Simple Process: Just ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service. Once received and inspected, we’ll dispatch the exchange item promptly.
  5. Exchange Eligibility: Please ensure the product is unused and in original condition. Exchange will be processed after inspection of the returned product.
  6. Timeframe: The return parcel must be initiated within 3–5 days of receiving the product to be eligible for exchange.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable cases like wrong or defective items, and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

📦 Return Initiated by Customer
Customers are required to send back the product from their end using any reliable courier service.

🚚 Return Shipping Cost
Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. We do not provide pickup for returns at this time.

✅ Product Condition
Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.

💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within  48 hours as store credit (as applicable).

📅 Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 3 days of product delivery to be eligible.

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size , color or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
