Shipping policy

We at Citizen Footprints know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 3-5 business days within India. However we offer FREE CASH ON DELIVERY SAME DAY SHIPMENT FOR RAJKOT REGION ONLY.  

Shipping charges may apply on Cash On Delivery orders, delivered outside of Rajkot region, however prepaid orders are generally FREE shipped.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order or product is cancelled, damaged, lost or undelivered to your preferred location. However If it is prepaid order or Partial COD, 3% plus GST is applicable for cancelled orders.
