SHIPPING POLICY

We at Citizen Footprints know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 3-5 business days within India. However we offer FREE CASH ON DELIVERY SAME DAY SHIPMENT FOR RAJKOT REGION ONLY.  

Shipping charges may apply on products delivered outside of Rajkot region, however prepaid orders are generally free shipped.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order or product is cancelled, damaged, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

We at Citizenfootprints.com work hard to provide our customers with the latest fashion at impeccable quality and amazing prices. If you did not like the fit, colour or design simply exchange the product within 5 days of date of delivery To apply for an exchange or refund via store credit go to Request Return or Exchange page.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE - INDIA

Everything we offer is chosen to live up to high standards. All products are fully guaranteed against defect or faulty workmanship. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers' delight in the most fair and reasonable manner; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

Citizen Footprints's  returns and exchange policy gives you an option to raise a request to inform us of return or exchange within 5 days from the date of the delivery.

The only things which we ask that don't use the product and maintain its original condition, packaging, accessories and tags. You are most welcome to try on a product but make sure you take adequate measures to maintain its condition. The reason why we ask this is so that the product, when returned, should be in a re-sellable position as soon as it reaches our designated warehouse. Failure of which shall lead to Rs 200 deduction and a delayed exchange time or even cancelling your exchange request. So help us to serve you better!

Products purchased under any promotion or sale:

Products purchased under any promotion, clearance sale, Deal of the Week Page and Any Other Offer are eligible for an exchange or refund via store credit but will incur a minimum charge of Rs 200 for the reverse pick up service the company provides. In case you would love to ship to us there would be no charges.

Note: In case of Returns, we offer only store credit refunds. Once we pick up your return, our team will do the quality check at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will provide a credit note or exchange

But, if the product does not pass the quality check we shall return it to you and reject your return or exchange.

If you choose to exchange the product for reason of mismatch of size , color or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the product, free of cost, post our examination of the product delivered to you. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
